We do a comprehensive visual property evaluation that usually can be accomplished in 2 or 3 hours time.  This evaluation addresses over 400 items in categories such as: structure, roofing, exterior, interior, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and appliances. 

You are strongly encouraged to accompany the inspector for a full explanation of the property and to discuss any particular concerns you may have.

It is the inspector’s goal to make you as familiar with the property as the present owner.  We want you to understand the exact condition of the house including how well built and maintained it is. Our inspections also make you aware of important maintenance items (both present and future).

We know that often it is a stressful task going though the property with the inspector trying to digest everything the inspector tells you. Our customers tell us that our inspectors (along with their wealth of knowledge) have a great way of creating a comfort zone that is conducive to the home buying experience.
In fact, we take great pride in having many of our customers begin the inspection as strangers and ending the inspection as friends.

The report we provide for you is a detailed individualized analysis of the property you are buying.  It contains detailed illustrations to give you even more understanding of the defects observed.   There will be a summary page that lists all of the most important defects of the property.   You will not receive a Checklist from us.

Our report will be a detailed report that will be available 24 to 48 hours after completion of the inspection.  You will be able to access your report on the web if you choose to do so.
